An evening of stand-out stand-up comedy as a fundraising event for Eynsham Nature Recovery Network. Four hilarious pro stand-up comedians!

Hurrah!

Looking for something to do in Eynsham now that COVID restrictions have lifted?

Well, look no further than the local village hall where four top stand-up comedians are lining up to entertain you for just £15 a head and are available from Eynsham Cellars or from this site (below). Book before 1 July and you’ll pay no booking fee. In the event of cancellation for any reason (don’t mention COVID) then a full refund will be given.

There is a licensed bar too - open from 7:15pm with the comedy getting underway at 8:00pm.

Nick Page used to front a proper show on the BBC and everything, but obviously messed that up through living like an idiot for most of his 30’s. Nick now works in comedy clubs all over the UK circuit and the world – you know, stuff for ex-pats, the military, posh people who can afford a comic at a private party, dodgy people who live on caravan parks. Anywhere with a microphone and an audience (and a chequebook). He tells stories about how he messed up his life, stories with punchlines. Like Jokes really. But true. Nick reached the semi-finals of Britain’s Got Talent in 2018 and is a past winner of English Comedian of the Year.

"Brilliantly funny" Simon Cowell, BGT

For years, Earl Okin first learnt his stagecraft in folk and jazz clubs. When they were replaced by comedy clubs, Earl moved effortlessly from one to the other and has been a sought after act on the UK comedy circuit for decades. That was in the early 80’s so he knows what he’s doing!”

“The man is unmissable! He’s a joy! He’s a classic!, He’s a must.” Russel Hunter

West Country girl Samantha Day shares the journey of her career trajectory from Chartered Accountant to renown inspirational life coach and motivational speaker, improving her audiences’ lives as she goes.

“Warm, engaging, raw and very very funny.” Crazy Bird Comedy Club“New but very, very funny!” English Comedian of the Year, Nick Page

Harry Stachini started performing comedy after attending a Hot Water Comedy course in 2013 at the tender age of 18. Harry is beginning to establish himself as a strong act on the comedy circuit with his easy-going style along with his likeable character which just adds to the brilliance of the stories and the unexpected one-liners that has crowds in stitches.

“A talented new comedian with some first-rate material” Smacked Arse Comedy.

The doors and bar open at 7:15pm with the comedy getting underway at 8:00pm. Profits from the event go Eynsham Nature Recovery Network to support their work locally.
